Investment Structure
Tri Capital Financial believes in a structured
investment approach. Our investments range from $3 million to $10 million dollars. The companies have a sales range from $10 million
to $75 million dollars, and cash flow to the company of $3 million to $15 million dollars. Tri Capital Financial will consider
minority and majority investments, recapitalizations, exits, mergers, management transitions, purchases of stock or assets, and
buy-outs of passive or active shareholders. We structure transactions that foster long-term growth, ensure financial stability for
the company and maximize shareholder value.
